Narragansett Family Reunion

We photographed this adorable family reunion on Scarborough Beach in Narragansett Rhode Island. Family photography has elements of many other types of photography. There is the posing and positioning of fashion photography, the storytelling of documentary photography, the candid moments of wedding pictures, the quick reflexes of wildlife photos, and the lighting and backgrounds of landscape photography. These folks opted for not quite matching outfits, but a constant color scheme of navy blue, white, and khaki. Classic New England colors! We also had every stage of the family generations: children, young parents, grandparents, and newly engaged couples, and newlyweds!
